摘　　要：在“大众创新,万众创业”的时代引领下,针对环境等因素引起的众多人类健康问题,对高等医学院提出了创新人才培养的更高需求。用创新的培育理念培养高精尖医学人才是时代所需。为此,高等医学院校需要立足本位,建立体现医学特点的个性化创新教育模式;充分利用信息技术和互联网优势,探讨能够提高学生自主学习能力的新型教学模式与教学方法;通过多渠道、多手段让学生获取专业领域前沿动态,开拓创新思维;不断完善学习资源与硬件设备为创新提供保障;增强创新实践环节,搭建创新创业孵化基地并实现校企合作与校校协作;进一步完善考核制度,关注学生创新潜质和能力的考核,最终探索出一条具有高等医学院校特色的创新人才培养道路。Under the era of "mass innovation and entrepreneurship", aiming at human health problems caused by environment and other factors, medical universities are facing higher requirements for cultivating innovative talents. Cultivating medical elites with innovative thought is demanded by the time. Therefore, higher medical colleges and universities need to establish in this era and construct education mode of personalized innovation that can embody medical characteristics, make full use of the advantages of information technology and internet and discuss new teaching model and methods that can improve students' independent learning capability, make students acquire frontier trends of the professional field by multiple channels and means and open up innovative thinking, as well as constantly improve learning resources and hardware equipment to provide guarantee for innovation. Higher medical universities should also enhance innovation practices, set up innovation and entrepreneurship incubators and achieve school-enterprise cooperation and school-school cooperation. The assessment system needs to be further improved, and pays attention to assessing students' innovative potential and ability. Ultimately, we will explore a cultivating pathway of innovative talents with characteristics of higher medical colleges and universities.
