摘 要:以改善钢丝绳的受力特性出发,避免断绳事故,提出了对导向轮以及活塞杆的改进方案,方案简单易实现;以断绳后对系统的保护出发,设计了张紧小车制动系统,推导出了制动力的关系式,阐述了制动原理,设计了液压系统回路,并用AMEsim简化了液压系统回路,合理设置了主要元件参数,得到闸瓦模型质量块的位移变化曲线,结果表明了碟簧组刚度与制动响应的一般关系。In order to improve the mechanical characteristics of steel wire rope and avoid rope breaking accident,the improvement scheme of guide wheel and piston rod was put forward,which was simple and easy to realize. Based on the protection of the system after rope breaking,the braking system of the tensioning trolley was designed,the braking force equation was deduced,the braking principle was expounded, the hydraulic system loop was designed,the hydraulic system loop was simplified with AMEsim,the main component parameters were set up reasonably,and the displacement curve of the mass block of the brake shoe model was obtained. The result shows the general relationship between the stiffness of the disc spring group and the braking response.
