摘 要:以钢丝绳断丝损伤信号去噪方法为研究背景,采用基于Shannon的小波包分解进行信号的降噪处理。Shannon熵作为信息代价函数,进行最优基的选取。建立差值信号Shannon熵与阈值之间的关系曲线,发现差值信号Shannon熵越大则表明该阈值去噪效果越好。采用均方根误差对去噪结果进行评价,验证了该去噪方法在钢丝绳断丝损伤信号降噪处理时的实用性。Taking the denoising method of wire rope broken wire damage signal as the research background, the signal noise reduction processing based on Shannon wavelet packet decomposition was adopted. The relationship curve between Shannon entropy and threshold value of difference signal was established, and it was found that the larger the difference signal shannon entropy, the better the denoising effect of the threshold value. The mean square root error was used to evaluate the denoising results, which shows the practicability of the denoising method in the noise reduction treatment of wire rope broken wire damage signal.
