摘 要:为了研究两柱掩护式液压支架疲劳寿命,选取ZY8700/17/32两柱掩护式液压支架,在计算机虚拟环境中建立三维模型,依据MT 312-2000《液压支架通用技术条件》对顶梁两端集中载荷工况下液压支架进行有限元仿真分析和动力学仿真分析。获得其应力分布和力—时间载荷历程,利用液压支架材料的疲劳寿命S-N曲线,对其进行疲劳寿命分析,获得疲劳寿命分布云图和相关数据,与液压支架的设计寿命对比,探索液压支架虚拟压架试验方法的正确性和有效性,为两柱掩护式液压支架的研制和改进提供参考。In order to study the fatigue life of two -pillar shield hydraulic support, a three-dimensional model of two -pillar shield hydraulic support ZY8700/17/32 was built in the virtual environment, according to MT312-2000 General Technical Conditions of Hydraulic Support, finite element simulation analysis and dynamic simulation analysis of hydraulic support under concentrated load at both ends of the beam were carried out. To obtain the stress distribution and the force-time loading process, to use the S-N curve of the hydraulic support material, to analyze the fatigue life, to obtain the fatigue life distribution cloud map and related data, and compared with the design life of the hydraulic support, to explore the correctness and effectiveness of the virtual pressure frame test method for the hydraulic support, and to provide reference for the development and improvement of the two -pillar shield hydraulic support.
