摘 要:本文采用柠檬酸钠还原法合成了纳米金,并以L-半胱氨酸对其进行表面修饰,得到络合物L-Cys-GNPs。然后以该络合物为手性选择剂,采用毛细管区带电泳法对盐酸异丙肾上腺素进行手性拆分。对络合物浓度、缓冲液的浓度、pH值、运行电压等方面进行考察和优化。结果表明,当L-半胱氨酸的络合浓度为2.61×10^(-3)mmol·L^(-1)时,以15mmol·L^(-1)磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=7.0)为运行缓冲液、运行电压20kV、分离柱温25℃、进样量0.5Psi×5s以及214nm的检测波长下,盐酸异丙肾上腺素达到了基线分离,在7min内分离度达到10.49。In this paper,gold nanoparticles(GNPs)were synthesized by sodium citrate reduction method.Then the surface of GNPs was modified with chiral molecular L-cysteine,and the complex L-Cys-GNPs was synthesized.Furthermore,the chiral separation of isoprenaline hydrochloride was carried out by capillary zone electrophoresis with L-Cys-GNPs as chiral selector.The effects of concentration,pH value of buffer and separation voltage on the separation efficiency were investigated and optimized.The obtained optimal separation conditions were shown as following.The binding concentration of L-Cys was 2.61×10 ^-3 mmol·L ^-1 ,the concentration of phosphate buffer with pH 7.0 was 15mmol·L^-1 ,the applied voltage on separation and capillary temperature were 20 kV and 25℃ respectively,the prefer injection amount of isoprenaline hydrochloride was 0.5 psi for 5s,and the detection was monitored at 214nm.Based on the result,isoprenaline hydrochloride was baseline separated,and the separation degrees reached 10.49 within 7 minutes.
