摘 要:壳聚糖来源天然,资源丰富,具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抑制病源微生物等作用。进一步降解得到的低聚壳聚糖作为一种绿色添加剂,更具有抗氧化、增强免疫、调节肠道菌群等的生物学功能。在饲料禁抗的大环境下,低聚壳聚糖具有可部分替代抗生素的潜质。本文从促进动物生长性能、调节脂质代谢、提高抗氧化性能和免疫性能等四方面阐明低聚壳聚糖在动物体内的作用机制,并阐述了其在家禽生产中的应用,以期为推广低聚壳聚糖应用于家禽饲料提供参考依据。Chitosan oligosaccharide is natural in source and abundant in resources. It has the functions of lowering blood fat, anti-tumor and inhibiting pathogenic microorganisms. The further degraded Chi tosan oligosaccharide is a green additive, and has biological functions such as anti-oxidation, enhance ment of immunity, regulation of intestinal flora and the like. In the large environment of feed forbidden resistance, Chitosan oligosaccharide has the potential to partially replace antibiotics. This article takes this as a starting point to explain the mechanism of action of Chitosan oligosaccharide in animals from the aspects of promoting animal growth performance, regulating lipid metabolism, improving antioxi dant performance and immune performance, and to expound its application in poultry production, so as to provide reference for promoting the application of Chitosan oligosaccharide in poultry feed.
