摘 要:根据汽车后背门护板的结构特点和技术要求,设计了一副大型薄壁热流道注塑模具。通过模流分析,确定了合理的浇注系统;通过控制开放式热射嘴浇口前端最大直径解决了成型塑件收缩凹痕问题;通过在热射嘴周围与热射嘴前端定模区域设计单独的冷却水道,成功消除了热射嘴拉丝,流延与浇口残留过高的现象。结果表明,模具结构科学先进,成型周期控制在60 s以内,与同类车型门护板相比提高效率约8%。In this work, we designed a large and hot runner injection mold of car rear door according to its structural characteristics and technical requirements. A reasonable gating system was determined on the basis of the mold flow analysis. The shrinkage problem was well solved by controlling the diameter of hot nozzle gate. The drawing and casting problem of hot nozzle and the gate residue were solved through separating the cooling channels around the hot nozzle. The results indicated that the molding cycle was controlled within 60 s, and the efficiency was improved by about 8 %, confirming that the mold structure was reasonable and advanced.
