正骨松筋疗法联合筋氏葆熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:考察常规推拿治疗、正骨松筋疗法治疗、筋氏葆熏洗治疗以及正骨松筋疗法联合筋氏葆熏洗治疗对膝骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:将140例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为4组,在治疗前后进行疼痛评分、膝骨性关节炎指数评分和X线分级统计分析。结果:正骨松筋疗法和筋氏葆熏洗治疗对膝骨性关节炎具有良好的消痛和治疗作用。当二者联合使用时治疗效果具有累加效应,治疗4周后患者疼痛评分显著降低,膝骨性关节炎治疗总有效率达到91.4%。X线分级≤2的比例从31.4%增加至60.0%。结论:正骨松筋疗法联合筋氏葆熏洗治疗对膝骨性关节炎具有良好的治疗效果。可明显降低患者的疼痛感,改善膝关节功能,促进骨关节的恢复。Objective: To investigate the effects of conventional Tuina therapy, bone-setting and tendons-relaxing therapy, Jinshibao fumigation and bone-setting and tendons-relaxing therapy combined with Jinshibao fumigationin the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis. Methods: 140 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into four groups. The pain scores, knee osteoarthritis index scoresand X-ray grading were analyzed before and after treatment. Results:Bone-setting and tendons-relaxing therapyand Jinshibao fumigation treatment had good pain relief and therapeutic effects on knee osteoarthritis. When the two were combined, the treatment effect had an additive effect. After 4 weeks treatment, the patients’ pain score was significantly reducedand the total effective rate of knee osteoarthritis treatment was 91.4%. The proportion of X-ray classification≤2 increased from 31.4% to 60.0%. Conclusion: Bone-setting and tendons-relaxing therapycombined with Jinshibao fumigationtreatment has a good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis and can significantly reduce the patients’ pain and promote the recovery of bone and joints.
