摘　　要：目的:观察可吸附性卫生棉棒在大便失禁患者肛周护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年4月至2017年12月在我院住院大便失禁的患者64例,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各32例,实验组采用可吸附性卫生棉棒法,对照组采用传统护理垫法,比较两组研究对象在每日肛周护理次数、护理时间及皮肤受损的情况。结果:实验组在每日肛周护理次数、护理时间及皮肤受损情况方面明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:可吸附性卫生棉棒用于大便失禁患者简单实用,操作方便,能有效减少护理工作量,降低失禁性皮炎的发生。Objective: To observe the application effect of absorbable hygienic cotton stick in perianal care of patients with fecal incontinence. Methods: Sixty-four patients with fecal incontinence admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with adsorbable tampon stick and the control group was treated with traditional nursing pad. Nursing times, nursing time and skin damage were compared between the two groups. Results: The number of times of perianal nursing, nursing time and skin damage in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Adsorbable tampon stick is simple and practical for patients with fecal incontinence, easy to operate. It can effectively reduce the amount of nursing work, reduce the incidence of incontinence dermatitis. It is worthy of clinical application.
