安装调心轴承的工艺方法

摘　　要：通过调心滚子轴承的结构分析,制定新的装配工艺安装调心滚子轴承,用一个假轴承占调心滚子轴承的位置,先装配其他零件,装配完成后,拆除假轴承,装入调心滚子轴承,达到调心滚子轴承成对的安装要求。新的工艺方法杜绝了由于轴承偏心对机构的影响,大幅度的降低了冲击载荷,保证了的产品质量。Through the structure analysis of adjusting roller bearings, this paper makes a new assembly process to install adjusting roller bearings, use a false bearing to occupy the position of adjusting roller bearings, assemble other parts first, and after assembling, remove the fake bearings and load them into adjusting roller bearings. To meet the installation requirements of pair of aligning roller bearings. The new process method prevents bearing eccentricity from affecting the mechanism, greatly reduces the impact load, and ensures the product quality of rocker arm.
