长白山野生狗枣猕猴桃种质资源的数量性状变异分析及分级指标探讨

摘　　要：为了对长白山境内的野生狗枣猕猴桃[ Actinidia kolomikta (Maxim.& Rupr.) Maxim]种质资源进行更好的评价,从吉林省境内的11个取样点采集了40份狗枣猕猴桃果实和叶片,并对其主要数量性状进行统计分析和分级。根据K-S正态性检验及频率分布对野生狗枣猕猴桃的6项数量性状进行分级。结果表明:单果质量变异系数最大,为29.95%;扁平度变异系数最小,为11.50%;狗枣猕猴桃果形指数变异系数为 20.12%,仅次于单果质量,而且果实形状呈长圆柱形;可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量和叶形指数的变异系数分别为19.06%、21.26%和13.42%。经K-S正态性检验,狗枣猕猴桃6项数量性状中除单果质量和扁平度为偏正态分布外其他性状均为正态分布。根据分析结果,提出5级分级标准,每个等级提出2个参考种质。为野生狗枣猕猴桃资源描述的标准化、规范化提供依据。In order to better evaluate the germplasm resources of wild Actinidia kolomikta in Changbai Mountains, 40 accessions of fruits and leaves of Actinidia kolomikta collected from eleven sampling sites in Jilin province, and the statistical analysis and grading of its main quantitative traits were carried out. According to K-S normal test and frequency distribution, six quantitative traits of wild Actinidia kolomikta were graded. The results showed that the variation coefficient of average fruit mass was the highest with 29.95%. And the variation coefficient of the flatness was the smallest with 11.50%. The variation coefficient of fruit shape index of Actinidia kolomikta was 20.12%, second only to average fruit mass, and the fruit character is long cylindrical. The variation coefficients of soluble solid content, titratable acid content and leaf shape index were 19.06%, 21.26% and 13.42%, respectively. Through K-S normal test, among the six quantitative traits of Actinidia kolomikta, the other traits were normal distribution except for the average fruit mass and flatness. Based on the analysis above, five grading standards were proposed, and two germplasm were proposed for a reference for each grade. It provides the basis for the description of the standardization and the normalization of wild Actinidia kolomikta resource.
