珲春国际物流园区的企业特征及对区域经济发展影响研究

摘　　要：以珲春国际物流园区为研究对象,基于产业集群理论对珲春市国际物流园区的演化过程进行研究,通过查阅资料、实地访谈及问卷调查,结合定量与定性分析方法,分析园区的企业特征及对区域经济发展的影响。研究结果表明:园区经历了物流业兴起、发展以及园区成长3大阶段。园区企业中物流公司和运输企业占据主导地位;多数企业使用以条形码技术和EDI系统为主的物流信息系统;企业主要开展跨国境业务,涉及行业多样。园区的运营促进珲春市物流业及经济的发展,珲春市的物流产业在2012年以来对于经济发展的拉动作用很小;2015年后物流产业有着明显的增长,但企业集聚效应和影响程度较低。最后对珲春国际物流园区的未来发展提出优化策略。Taking Hunchun International Logistics Park as the research object, based on the industrial cluster theory, the evolution process of Hunchun International Logistics Park is studied. Through the analysis of data, field interviews and questionnaires, combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the characteristics of the park are analyzed. The impact of regional economic development. Research shows that the park has experienced three stages: the rise and development of the logistics industry and the growth of the park. Among the park enterprises, logistics companies and transportation enterprises occupy a dominant position;most enterprises use logistics information systems based on bar code technology and EDI systems;enterprises mainly carry out cross-border business, involving various industries. The operation of the park promotes the development of logistics and economy in Hunchun City. The logistics industry of Hunchun City has played a small role in economic development since 2012, but the logistics industry has seen significant growth in 2015, but the degree of enterprise concentration is low, and the degree of influence is still not tall. Finally, an optimization strategy is proposed for the future development of Hunchun International Logistics Park.
