摘  要:换向极气隙调整不合适时,会影响到直流电机的换向性能,一般情况下是通过无火花换向区试验来确定换向极气隙的大小,但该方法很难将换向极气隙一次调整成功,需要多次试验并调整换向极气隙,这样会带来很大的工作量,为减少换向极气隙调整次数,本文介绍了一种直流电机换向极气隙调整的方法,可作为工程应用参考。The inappropriate adjustment of the commutation pole air gap will affect the commutation performance of DC motor. Generally, the size of the commutation pole air gap is determined by the sparkless commutation zone test. But this method is difficult to adjust the commutation pole air gap successfully at one time. It needs many tests and adjustments of the commutation pole air gap, which will bring a lot of work. In order to reduce the number of adjustments of commutation pole air gap, this paper introduces a method of adjusting commutation pole air gap of DC motor, which can be used as reference in engineering application.
