摘  要:高平均分子量聚-γ-谷氨酸(γ-PGA)粘度大、分散性差,不利作于包覆材料,为了获得包覆效果较好的γ-PGA,从温度、pH值和降解时间三个方面对γ-PGA的降解条件进行探究和优化。分析结果表明:1)10 mg/mLγ-PGA(M.W.=1170 KDa)在pH为1.0,80℃,降解8 h后得到低平均分子量的γ-PGA(M.W.≈9180Da),适合于介孔分子筛MCM-41的包覆。2)PEI在介孔分子筛MCM-41包覆过程中起静电桥联作用。在0.5 mg/mL的PEI(M.W.≈800 Da)水溶液和0.5 mg/mLγ-PGA(M.W.≈9180 Da)水溶液,包封时间30min获得的包覆效果较好,制得壳层厚度均一,分散性较好的MCM-41@γ-PGA复合材料。γ-PGA with high average molecular weight has high viscosity and poor dispersion, which is not conducive to coating materials. In order to obtain better coating effect, the degradation conditions of γ-PGA had been explored and optimized from three aspects: temperature, p H value and degradation time. The results showed that: 1) 10 mg/m L γ-PGA(M.W.= 1170 KDa) had been degraded at p H 1.0, 80℃ for 8 hours to obtain low average molecular weight γ-PGA(M.W. 9180 Da), which is suitable for MCM-41 coating materials. 2) PEI acts as an electrostatic bridging role in the coating process of MCM-41. The appropriate molecular weight is essential to obtain release system of MCM-41@γ-PGA with uniform shell thickness and good dispersity at 0.5 mg/m L PEIaq(M.W.≈800 Da), 0.5 mg/m L γ-PGAaq(M.W.≈9180 Da), and encapsulation time 30 min.
