摘 要:针对辛置煤矿10-428A工作面回采期间受断层带影响,顶板破碎严重,维护难度大,回采率效率低等现象,为了保证综采工作面回采安全,决定采用导硐法过断层破碎带,提出了架棚、锚索吊棚以及组合锚索等联合支护措施对硐室内应力区顶板进行维护,通过实际应用,导硐法过断层破碎区阻断了应力前移现象,保使工作面过断层破碎区回采效率提高至5.7m/d,避免了顶板冒顶、垮落事故发生。Aiming at the problems of severely broken roof, difficult maintenance and low recovery rate due to the impact of fault zone during the recovery of 10-428A working face, Xinzhi Colliery, pilot tunnel method is adopted to cross fault fracture zone in order to guarantee safety mining of fully mechanized coal face, and joint support measures such as ceratostigma, anchor cable shed and combined anchor cable are proposed to maintain the roof of the chamber stress zone. Through practical application, the pilot tunnel method for crossing fault fracture area has blocked stress advancement, and ensures that the mining efficiency of the working face passing through the fault fracture zone increases to 5.7 m/d, which avoids roof fall and collapse accidents.
