针刺新吾穴联合鼻鼽汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺蝶腭神经节联合鼻鼽汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组给予针刺蝶腭神经节联合鼻鼽汤治疗,对照组给予鼻鼽汤治疗,疗程均为15 d。观察两组治疗前后患者鼻部局部证候积分、中医证候积分、鼻黏膜生活质量量表(RQLQ)评分、IgE、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-12、IFN-γ水平。结果治疗后患者鼻部局部证候积分、中医证候积分、鼻黏膜生活质量量表(RQLQ)评分、IgE、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)均显著降低,IL-12、IFN-γ均显著增加(P <0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P <0.05)。结论针刺蝶腭神经节联合鼻鼽汤治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,优于单用鼻鼽汤组。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture pterygopalatine combined with Biqiu Decoction on allergic rhinitis. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture pterygopalatine combined with Biqiu Decoction,and the control group was given Biqiu Decoction for 15 days.The patient′s nasal local syndrome scores,TCM syndrome scores,RQLQ nasal mucosal quality of life scale scores,and the levels of IgE,IL-4,IL-12 and IFN-γ were observed before and after treatment. Results: The patient′s nasal local syndrome scores,TCM syndrome scores,RQLQ nasal mucosal quality of life scale scores,IgE and IL-4 dropped significantly;IL-12 and IFN-γ increased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05);the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group,higher than 82.50% in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture pterygopalatine combined with Biqiu Decoction is effective on allergic rhinitis,better than single Biqiu Decoction.
