四妙丸加味联合中药栓剂在男科急痛症中的应用探讨

摘　　要：男科急痛症是泌尿男科的常见病,大多为炎性疾病,其病发病急,症状明显,严重影响着患者的身心健康。根据男科急痛症的临床特点及发病部位,认为其与湿热瘀三要素关系密切,从男科急痛症红肿热痛的临床表现与湿热瘀相关性作为切入点,在中医异病同治理论指导下,结合四妙丸及中药栓剂药物组方特点与湿热瘀病机相关性,临床选用四妙丸加味联合中药栓剂治疗男科急痛症。治疗上主张审证求因,综合施治,并重视后天之本。Emergency pain in andrology is a common disease in urology andrology,most of which are inflammatory diseases. Its onset is acute and its symptoms are obvious,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients. According to the clinical characteristics of andrological acute pain and the location of its onset,it is considered that it is closely related to the three elements--dampness,heat and blood stasis. From the clinical manifestations of andrological acute pain and the correlation among dampness,heat and blood stasis as a breakthrough point,under the guidance of the theory of the same treatment of different diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the characteristics of Simiao Pills,traditional Chinese medicine suppositories and the correlation among dampness,heat and blood stasis,Simiao Pills and Chinese herbal suppositories were used to treat andrological acute pain. In treatment,we advocate that we should try to find out the cause,treat it comprehensively,and attach importance to the acquired basis.
