摘 要:传统瓦斯报警器只有二状态报警,缺少瓦斯浓度临界范围的警示,而且不可能人手1台进行配置。设计一种便携式三状态瓦斯报警器,充分利用运算放大器的3种不同工作模式,第1个运放工作于线性放大模式,将瓦斯浓度增加的微弱信号放大,同时第2个运放构成有参考电压的滞回比较器,利用微分电路与滞回比较器产生多谐振荡信号;第3个运放将放大以后的瓦斯浓度信号与作为临界值(基准值)的多谐振荡信号比较,形成三态瓦斯浓度报警器:瓦斯浓度低于临界范围无警示表明安全;处于临界范围内只有静默的闪光报警表明接近危险;高于临界范围声光同时报警表明危险来临、必须撤离。该报警器模块可以独立成为1个便携式瓦斯报警器随身携带,也可以集成在矿灯或矿工帽里成为一种具有三态瓦斯报警功能的矿灯或矿工帽。The traditional gas alarm has only two-state,lacking the warning of the critical range of gas concentration,and it is impossible to configure one by one.A portable three-state gas alarm was designed,which makes full use of three different operation modes of operational amplifier.The first operational amplifier works in linear amplification mode to amplify the weak signal of gas concentration increase.At the same time,the second operational amplifier constitutes a hysteretic comparator with reference voltage,which generates multi-resonance signal by differential circuit and hysteretic comparator.The third operational amplifier will amplify the weak signal with reference voltage.Compared with the multi-resonance signal as the critical value(reference value),the three-state gas concentration alarm was formed:no warning indicates safety when the gas concentration is below the critical range;only silent flash alarm indicates proximity to danger within the critical range;and soundlight alarm above the critical range indicates that danger is approaching and must be evacuated.The alarm module can be carried independently as a portable gas alarm,or integrated in a miner's lamp or cap to become a miner's lamp or cap with three-state gas alarm function.
