摘  要:对综采工作面的受损液压支架进行及时维修,才能保证工作面的正常运行。提出工作面处于构造区时采用焊接和单体液压支柱辅助支撑断裂结构件的临时应急处置方案,并详细介绍了正常工作面内更换掩护梁与顶梁的作业工序及技术要点。实践证明这些现场维修方案是可行、高效、安全的,为工作面现场的液压支架的维修提供参考。Only by timely maintenance of the damaged hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face can the normal operation of the face be guaranteed.The emergency maintenance measures using welding reinforcement and using single hydraulic prop to support the shield beam or the top beam during mining face crossing over fault structure were proposed.And the working procedure and technical points of replacing shield beam and top beam in the working face were highlighted.Practice proves that these on-site maintenance schemes are feasible,safe and efficient.Provide reference for maintenance of hydraulic supports in the mining face.
