摘  要:带式输送机因输送距离过长常常采用多电机驱动,多电机之间的功率平衡问题是必须解决的。采用参数自适应模糊PID控制器来调节带式输送机的功率平衡,通过分析带式输送机的结构确定了以液力耦合器勺杆的推拉来实现电机电流大小的调节,明确了控制系统调节电流大小的流程和策略,并完成了控制系统的软件设计,精简了主程序,实现了在主程序中对各个子程序的调用。仿真结果显示参数自适应模糊PID控制器比传统的模糊控制器性能更好。The belt conveyor is often driven by multiple motors because of the long conveying distance,and the power balance problem between multiple motors must be solved.The parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller was used to adjust the power balance of the belt conveyor.The structure of the belt conveyor was analyzed and the adjustment of the motor was determined to be pushing and pulling the spoon bar of hydrodynamic coupling.The process and strategy to adjust the flow has been cleared and the software design of the control system has been completed.The main program has been streamlined,and the subroutine has been called in the main program.The simulation results show that the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller performs better than the traditional fuzzy controller.
