摘 要:综采设备长时间在恶劣条件下服役,易产生疲劳裂纹甚至断裂,常采用超声相控阵技术对缺陷进行直观检测评估。为提高实际检测中扇扫检测成像的质量,以扇扫基本原理为基础,采用控制变量法探讨了焦距、偏转角度、时间增益补偿(TGC)等关键因素对成像质量的影响规律,研究结果对实际扇扫煤矿机械缺陷检测过程中优化参数设置,提高检测成像质量具有重要意义。Fully-mechanized coal mining equipment is used for a long time under severe conditions,and it is prone to fatigue cracks and even breakage. Ultrasonic phased array technology is often used to visually detect and evaluate defects. In order to improve the quality of sector scan detection imaging in actual detection,studied the influence of key factors such as focal length, deflection angle and TGC on imaging quality based on the basic principle of sector scan. It is of great significance to optimize the parameter setting during the process of detecting defects in coal mine machinery to improve the quality of inspection images.
