摘　　要：数字动画,既能对传统文化形象进行重塑设计,又能通过互联网的传播方式进行动态影像的演示。数字三维张五郎的重塑,用新的多媒体技术重新定位与重塑梅山文化,为当地的旅游文化发展带来全新的动态元素与机遇,将建立互联互通的文化元素数据库的支撑,促进传统文化元素跨界融合和创意发展,是湖南全面落实文化信息资源共享工程,为"一带一路"背景下,向全球提供湖南地域文化数字化文创形象与应用服务。Digital animation can not only reshape the traditional cultural image, but also demonstrate the dynamic image through the Internet. The reshaping of digital three-dimensional of Zhang Wulang uses new multimedia technology to reposition and reshape Meishan culture, bringing new dynamic elements and opportunities to the development of local tourism culture, building a network of interconnected cultural elements and promoting traditional culture. The cross -border integration and creative development of elements is a comprehensive implementation of the cultural information resource sharing project in Hunan. Under the background of "One Belt, One Road", it provides the digital cultural image and application service of Hunan regional culture.
