摘　　要：电力零售市场直接影响电力用户的利益和电力市场稳定运行。目前我国电力零售市场还处于初级阶段,存在很多问题。文章调研了国外电力零售市场准入机制、售电公司申请流程、资质证明材料、资质审查与撤销等。在此基础上,给出了对国内电力零售市场的一些具体建议。Electricity retail market influences the benefit of the consumers and the stable operation of the market. Currently, the retail market in our country is still in the primitive stage and have many problems. In this paper, the admittance rule in overseas electricity retail market, the application procedure of retail company, the qualification certificate file, and the qualification check and cancellation are investigated, based on which the detailed suggestions to the domestic electricity retail market are given.
