摘 要:汽车内饰材料的质量优劣将很大程度影响乘坐舒适性及驾乘人员安全,故设计既能提升汽车档次增加汽车舒适性,又能确保安全的内饰材料,是汽车开发工程师极力解决的问题。特别是对于专用校车内饰材料的燃烧特性国家标准的强制性要求越来越严格,文章通过三种典型校车内饰材料的烟密度试验,详细论述了各种试验工况对试验结果影响,具有一定的参考意义。The quality of automobile interior decoration materials will greatly affect the ride comfort and the safety of passengers, so the design can not only improve the vehicle grade and increase the vehicle comfort, but also ensure the safety of interior decoration materials. It is a problem that automobile development engineers try to solve. In particular, the mandatory requirements of the national standard for the combustion characteristics of special school bus interior decoration materials are becoming more and more strict. Through the smoke density tests of three typical school bus interior decoration materials, the effects of various test conditions on the test results are discussed in detail.
