保险科技时代“AI+保险”模式应用研究

摘　　要：人工智能技术的快速发展正在改变保险传统经营模式和服务方式,并将进一步推动保险产业结构升级,打造保险科技服务的新业态。本文介绍了保险科技时代的内涵、人工智能技术的特点及发展现状"、AI+保险"模式的应用基础,从保险定价、精准营销、高效理赔、智能客服四方面分析了人工智能技术在我国保险行业的应用探索。认为"AI+保险"模式在我国的应用仍存在以下问题:新生风险增加,监管主体和标准不明确,相关法律法规不完善;专业人才缺口大,复合型人才严重短缺;算法技术不成熟,决策准确性有待提高;保险数据垄断严重,数据闭环割裂;保险行业内在需求限制,难以满足客户情感需求。并从政府和保险企业两个层面提出加速人工智能技术与保险经营融合、助推"AI+保险"模式发展的政策建议,最后对"AI+保险"模式在保险行业的应用进行了展望。The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is changing the traditional insurance busi. ness mode and service mode, and will further promote the upgrading of the insurance industry structure and create a new format for insurance technology services. This paper introduces the connotation of the insurance technology era, the characteristics and development status of artificial intelligence technology, the application basis of the "AI+ in. surance" mode, and explores the application of the artificial intelligence technology in China's insurance industry from four aspects including insurance pricing, precision marketing, efficient claims, and intelligent customer ser. vice. It is believed that the application of "AI+ Insurance" mode in China has the following problems: new born risks increase, the subject and standards of supervision are not clear, the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect;the gap of professional talents is large, the shortage of compound talents is severe;the algorithm technology is immature, and the decision-making accuracy should be improved;insurance data monopoly is serious, data loop is split;the in. surance industry's inherent demand constraints, it is difficult to meet customer emotional needs. From the two as. pects of government and insurance companies, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence technology and insurance management, and promote the development of "AI+ in. surance" mode. Finally, the application of "AI+ insurance" mode in the insurance industry is prospected.
