摘  要:以当年生博落回植株为实验材料,采用Li-6400测定博落回的光合特征及其与主要环境因子的关系。结果显示:(1)博落回叶片Pn日变化曲线为典型的双峰特征,两个峰值分别出现在上午10:00点和中午13:00点左右;(2)博落回的光补偿点和光饱和点分别是19.73和938.67μmol photons·m^(-2)·s^(-1);(3)博落回叶片Pn与其Tr、Ta、PAR、Gs存在着正相关,且与PAR正相关程度最高;与Ci、RH、Ca呈负相关,其中与Ca对其影响显著;(4)影响博落回叶片Pn变化的主要决定生态因子是Tr,限制因子是RH。研究表明,博落回对光强有较强的适应能力,属于喜光植物。Li-6400 was used to determine the photosynthetic characteristics of Macleaya cordata and its relationship with the main environmental factors on sunny days by selecting the one-year M.cordata. The results showed:(1) the diurnal variation curve of Pn was characteristic of a bimodal pattern with two peaks appeared respectively at about 10:00 a.m. and about 13:00 p.m.;(2) The LCP of M.cordata is 19.73μmol photons·m^-2·s^-1 and the LSP of M.cordata is 938.67μmol photons·m^-2·s^-1;(3) Pn was positively correlated with Tr, Ta, PAR and Gs, and had the closest relationship with PAR, while negatively correlated with Ci, Ca and RH, and significantly influenced by Ca;(4) The main physiological factor affecting the Pn variation of M.cordata was Tr, while RH was the limiting factor. The study indicated that M.cordata has a strong adaptability to light intensity and it is a heliophilous plant.
