摘　　要：2018年4月8日,中华人民共和国自然资源部正式挂牌,在国家建设体制深化改革的背景下,"建设生态文明和美丽中国"以宪法的名义确立了生态文明的重要性。北京温榆河公园项目结合国家生态文明的最新要求,立足绿色发展空间及生态水环境,以期通过构建区域生态格局、强化区域发展核心、完善区域产业结构等内容,强调以生态修复为核心、以回补城市为根本,以产园联动为手段,建立创新发展型城市公园系统,促进区域内生态、生产、生活的融合沟通,以此加快推进首都生态文明建设步伐。On April 8, 2018, the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People’s Republic of China was officially listed. "Build the Ecological Civilization and Beautiful China" has established the importance of ecological civilization in the name of the constitution,under the country’s developing circumstances. Beijing Wenyu River Park Project established on the sustainability of green and blue infrastructure, combines the latest requirements of national ecological civilization, willing to construct regional ecological pattern, strengthen regional development core, and improve regional industrial structure. The design of the park has been making effort to accelerate the pace of ecological civilization construction in the capital city and emphasize on ecological resilience as the core. The restoration of the city was considered as the foundation.The development of urban park systems was concerned as a method to establish urban parks of high quality of innovation and development. In order to promote the regional integration of ecology, development and life.
