血液透析和腹膜透析治疗糖尿病肾病尿毒症的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较血液透析和腹膜透析治疗糖尿病肾病尿毒症的效果。方法:选取50例糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组给予血液透析,观察组患者给予腹膜透析。比较两组患者各项生化指标[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血红蛋白(Hb)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、K^+、Na^+及Cl^-]和并发症发生情况。结果:透析后,两组Scr、FPG、BUN水平和24 h尿量均较透析前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组透析后的K^+水平明显低于对照组,FPG水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为12.00%,明显低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹膜透析治疗糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者的效果优于血液透析效果。Objective:To compare effects of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy and uremia.Methods:50 patients with diabetic nephropathy and uremia were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The control group was given hemodialysis,while the observation group was given peritoneal dialysis.The biochemical parameters[urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),fasting blood glucose(FPG),hemoglobin(Hb),total protein(TP),albumin(Alb),K^+,Na^+and Cl^-]and complications of the two groups were compared Results:After the dialysis,the levels of Scr,FPG,BUN and 24h urine volume of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the dialysis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the K^+level of the observation group after the dialysis was significantly lower,the FPG level was significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Peritoneal dialysis is superior to hemodialysis in the treatment of the patients with diabetic nephropathy and uremia.
