第一鳃裂瘘管及囊肿临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析第一鳃裂瘘管及囊肿手术切除的疗效。方法 2017年10月～2018年11月我科收治第一鳃裂瘘管及囊肿患者共16例,收集临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果 16例患者中14例为第一鳃裂瘘管,2例为第一鳃裂囊肿。所有患者术后切口愈合良好,无术后面瘫等并发症。术后复发1例。结论手术切除第一鳃裂瘘管及囊肿是首选的有效治疗方法。Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of fistula surgical resection on the first branchial cleft. Methods Data of 16 patients with first branchial fistula and cyst from Oct. 2017 to Nov. 2018 in our department were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 16 patients, 14 cases were diagnosed as first branchial fistula and 2 cases as first branchial cleft cyst. All patients had good wound healing. No postoperative complications such as facial paralysis occurred. Recurrence occurred in one case. Conclusions The surgical resection appears to be an effective method and first choice for the first branchial cleft and fistula.
