摘　　要：乡贤文化是根植于中国传统乡村社会的一种文化传统,具有地域性、道德性、现实性等特点和强大的教育、涵化功能,表现出不一般的文化道德感召力和引领力。在新的历史时期,将优秀的传统乡贤文化与以社会主义核心价值观为代表的社会主义先进文化相融合,在地创新性转化为符合当代价值规范的教育资源,实现教育习俗的创新性传承,从而使新乡贤文化哺育更多的乡村精英,厚植乡村文化软实力,成为乡村振兴的内生文化动力。Rooted in the traditional Chinese rural community, the local sage culture bears its regional, moral and realistic features. It has a strong educational and moral appeal, embodying an extraordinary function of cultural guidance and cultivation. In the new historical stage, it is of necessity to integrate the excellent traditional sage culture with the advanced socialist culture represented by the socialist core values, and transform local innovation into educational resources and custom which are conforming to contemporary value norms so as to realize innovative inheritance of educational custom, and by so doing, the new local sage culture will feed more rural elite, strengthen the rural cultural soft power, and provide internal cultural force to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country.
