摘 要:目的探究西洋参、丹参组方抗血栓的药效物质基础及作用机制。方法应用TCMSP数据库、TTD数据库、David数据库的数据信息以及Cytoscape软件和OmicShare平台的分析功能,构建"成分-靶点网络",分析西洋参、丹参组方抗血栓的活性成分、作用靶点及机制。结果西洋参、丹参组方活性成分作用于血栓性疾病的11个靶点,涉及的10条疾病信号通路还与癌症、感染性疾病、内分泌疾病等相关。其中有16个活性成分作用于血小板活化通路,涉及3个疾病靶点。结论初步揭示了西洋参、丹参组方抗血栓的有效成分和作用靶点,为开发更好的心脑血管类候选药物提供参考依据。Objective To explore the pharmacodynamic substances and mechanism of anti-thrombosis of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods The data of traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology(TCMSP)database,Therapeutic Target Database(TTD),and David database were collected.The analysis function of Cytoscape software and OmicShare platform were used to construct the component-target network to analyze the anti-thrombotic active components,target and mechanism of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and salvia miltiorrhiza.Results The active components of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and salvia miltiorrhiza were involved in 11 targets of thrombotic diseases,and 10 disease signaling pathways were also associated with cancer,infectious diseases,and endocrine diseases.Among them,16 active ingredients were directly related to the platelet activation pathway and involve three disease targets.Conclusion The active components and targets of anti-thrombotic components of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and salvia miltiorrhiza were preliminarily revealed,which provided reference for the development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs.
