安徽省高校体育场馆经营管理的SWOT分析

摘　　要：随着高校的快速发展,招生规模逐年扩大,势必引发学生数量与教师、教学资源以及体育场馆之间的平衡问题.体育场馆建设的规模关系着能否达到教育部本科评估的要求,体育场馆管理的模式影响到使用的效率和效果,为此对安徽省高校体育场馆经营管理采用了SWOT分析模式,主要从资源和人才优势、体育场馆的管理、人员配备、资金来源、室外体育场馆管理以及体育场馆使用寿命、学校师生安全等方面进行了分析,探讨了适合安徽省高校体育场馆管理发展的经营模式.With the rapid development of colleges and universities, the enrollment scale is expanding year by year, which will inevitably lead to the imbalance between the number of students and teachers, teaching resources and sports venues. The scale of gymnasium construction is related to whether it can meet the requirements of undergraduate evaluation of the Ministry of Education. The mode of gymnasium management affects the efficiency and effect of use. For this reason, the SWOT analysis mode is adopted in the management of gymnasium in Anhui universities, mainly from the advantages of resources and talents, the stadium management staffing, the source of funds, the management of outdoor gymnasium, the service life of stadiums and the safety of teachers and students. The management mode suitable for the management and development of sports venues in colleges and universities in Anhui province is probed into.
