摘 要:以发动机配气机构中凸轮与轴承为研究对象,研究轴颈不同倾斜或偏移角度下滚动轴承与凸轮动态接触问题,分别建立不同倾斜和偏移角下的接触模型。将建模过程通过ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)来实现,用显示动力学求解器(LS-DYNA solver)运算对应的K文件,最后在有限元前后处理软件(LS-PrePost)中表征各物理量在整个时域上的变化过程。结果表明:轴颈倾斜角分别为0.1°和0.28°时,轴承外圈上的最大等效应力以及轴上的应力和振动情况并没有特别大的变化;轴颈相对凸轮偏移1°和2°时,轴承会抱死,轴承和轴上等效应力随着偏移角度的增加而增加;摇臂轴承上轴承轴颈有小角度倾斜不会引起接触应力大幅度增大;轴颈偏移一定角度会使轴承接触应力增加;当轴颈存在偏移的时候,一定范围的倾斜角可以防止抱死。The dynamic contact problem between rolling bearing and cam was studied from the contact model under different tilt and deviation angles.The modeling calculation was implemented with APDL,the corresponding K files were calculated by LS-DYNA solver,and all physical quantities in the whole time domain was obtained by LS-PrePost.Results showed that when the tilt angle was selected 0.1 and 0.28 degrees,respectively,the maximum equivalent stress on the bearing and vibration and stress on the axis had less changes;when the deviation angle was selected 1 or 2 degrees,the bearing could be locked and force on the bearing and axis would increase with the deviation angle.The small angle tilt of the rocker bearing would not cause the contact stress to increase greatly but the deviation would.The tilt angle could prevent bearing be locked when a little deviation angle existed.
