摘 要:为探究谷物收获脱出物风机-内圆筒筛分运动规律,采用离散单元法精确构建五常稻花香水稻收获脱出物各成分(籽粒、瘪籽粒和短茎秆)颗粒模型,并通过计算流体动力学(CFD)与离散单元法(DEM)耦合方法数值计算混合物风机-内圆筒筛分过程。分析了入口风速和安装导流板圈数对混合物各成分运动规律及筛分特性的影响。结果显示:不同入口风速圆筒筛内的气流场变化趋势一致,对各成分轴向平均速度、筛下籽粒分布、筛分效率等有较大影响;随导流板圈数增加,各成分轴向平均速度减小,减缓了籽粒堆积现象并将圆筒筛尾端堆积的瘪籽粒与短茎秆扬起产生二次筛分,对筛分清洁率、筛分损失率和筛分效率有较大影响。本文研究结果为研制出适合小田块耕作的轻简型谷物联合收获机筛分系统提供了研究的新方法与合理的设计依据。The discrete element multi-sphere polymerization with automatic filling was utilized to build accurately particle models of each component of Wuchang Daohuaxiang rice exfoliants (grains,shriveled grains and short stalks),and to calculate the grains mixture screening process in a fan-inner cylinder sieve based on the CFD-DEM coupling method in order to explore the motion law of the grains in a fan-internal cylinder sieve.The influence of inlet wind speed and cylindrical screen installed deflectors on movement rules and screening characteristics of the mixture were investigated.Results showed that the change trend of the airflow field in the cylindrical sieve at different inlet wind speeds was consistent,which had a great influence on the axial average speed of each component,the distribution of the undergo grains,and the screening efficiency;as the number of turns of the deflector increased,the axial average speed of each component decreased,which slowed down the accumulation of grain and raised the shriveled grain and short stalks accumulated at the end of the cylindrical screen to produce secondary screening and had a great impact on screening loss rate and screening efficiency.The results provided a new way and reasonable design basis for the development of a light and simple grain combine harvester screening system which was suitable for small plot cultivation.
