摘  要:随着共轨系统工作压力的提高,对产品密封性能的要求也逐步提高,尤其是对共轨喷油器总成中起密封作用的零部件的要求也越来越高。针对高压共轨系统零件高精度密封平面的平面度测量,对比非接触式和接触式测量方法,通过对测量原理及滤波、光强等测量参数的研究,实现不同测量方法对高精度特殊平面平面度的精确测量。对于密封面是平整有规律的平面,可以采用接触式测量局部平面度代替整个平面的平面度。With the increase of the working pressure of common rail system, the requirements on the sealing performance of products are also gradually improved, especially for the sealing parts in common rail injector assembly. This paper aims at the flatness measurement of high precision sealing surface involved injector parts. Based on non-contact and contact measurement methods, it realizes the accurate measurement of planarity measurement of high-precision special plane by different measurement methods, through the research of measurement principle, filter, light intensity and other measurement parameters. When the sealing surface is a regular plane, the local flatness can be measured by contact method instead of the whole flatness.
