诊所联盟的运营实践与发展对策初探

摘　　要：随着分级诊疗制度的推行,基层诊所迎来发展,催生出诊所联盟这一利益共同体。作者通过梳理诊所联盟的整体运营概况及实践现状,进而剖析阻碍联盟发展的推广难题,构建规范诊所联盟良性发展机制,充分挖掘诊所“强基础”的基层医疗潜力,发挥诊所联盟在构建基础医疗服务体系中的重要作用。The implementation of the hierarchical medical system gives rise to primary clinics and the interest community of these clinics alliances.Study of the operational overview and practical status of these alliances identified roadblocks for the alliances to grow.It is proposed that a benign development mechanism be built for regulating the clinic alliances,which can tap full potentials of the clinics in empowering the primary healthcare,and the alliance's role in building a healthy primary healthcare service system.
