摘　　要：目的探讨鼻前庭功能性重建术术式的选择和修复方法。方法回顾分析2012年10月~2018年10月完成的鼻前庭病变行鼻前庭功能性重建术患者27例,其中行局部带蒂皮瓣修复19例、游离皮瓣修复7例、生物膜修复1例,术后随访2~24个月,评估其疗效及并发症。结果 27例患者均Ⅰ期完成手术修复和功能重建,术后皮瓣全部成活,无明显通气功能障碍,患者对疗效评估非常满意为74.1%(20/27),满意为25.9%(7/27)。结论鼻前庭病变应根据病变性质、部位、大小、深度等选择合适的方法进行修复和功能重建;局部带蒂皮瓣可作为鼻前庭组织缺损的首选修复方法,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the choice and principle of various methods for functional reconstruction of nasal vestibule.Methods Clinical date of 27 patients who underwent removal of the lesion followed by functional reconstruction of nasal vestibule in our department between Oct 2012 and Oct 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Of them, the defects after lesionectomy were repaired with local pedicle skin flap in 19 cases, free skin flap in 7 cases and biofilm in one. All the patients had been followed up for 2 to 24 months postoperatively to evaluate the efficacy and complications.Results One-stage surgical repair and functional reconstruction was achieved in all patients. All the skin flaps survived without ventilation dysfunction. As for the subjective curative effect, the rates of great satisfaction and satisfaction were 74.1%(20/27)and 25.9%(7/27), respectively. Conclusions Appropriate methods should be selected to repair and reconstruct the nasal vestibule according to the character, location, size and depth of the lesions. As the first choice for repairing nasal vestibular tissue defects, local pedicle skin flap is worth popularizing.
