摘 要:伴随着我国新能源汽车生产销售水平的不断提高,新能源汽车售后维修领域技术人员的相关职业能力也应得到相应的培养和提升,以保障市场上的新能源汽车都能够良好运行,不断开创新能源汽车环保、节能、可靠的良好口碑,赢得更多车主的青睐。进而推动新能源汽车在汽车行业的良性循环发展。文章主要针对新能源汽车售后维修领域技术人才职业能力培养的现状和问题进行分析和探究。Along with the continuous improvement of the production and sales level of new energy vehicles in China, the relevant professional capabilities of technicians in the field of after-sales maintenance of new energy vehicles should also be cultivated and upgraded accordingly to ensure that new energy vehicles in the market can operate well and continue to innovate. Energy vehicles have a good reputation for environmental protection, energy conservation and reliability, and have won the favor of more car owners. In turn, promote the virtuous cycle of new energy vehicles in the automotive industry. This paper mainly analyzes and explores the status quo and problems of the cultivation of technical talents in the field of after-sales maintenance of new energy vehicles.
