摘 要:FSEC赛车后轮毂承受复杂的交变载荷,结构的合理关系到赛车和车手的安全。文章通过ANSYS软件对后轮毂在几个不同的赛道工况进行有限元分析,发现原设计存在应力集中等问题。基于分析得出的轮毂的等效应力云图、等效应变图及总变形云图,对原设计进行结构优化。优化后的设计实现了更合理的应力分布,轮毂质量降低了超过15%,并且满足赛车轻量化要求。The rear wheel hub of the FSEC racing car is subjected to complex alternating loads, and the structure is reasonably related to the safety of the car and the driver. This paper uses ANSYS software to carry out finite element analysis on the rear wheel hub in several different track conditions, and found that the original design has problems such as stress concentration. Based on the analysis of the equivalent stress cloud map, equivalent strain map and total deformation cloud map of the hub, the original design is optimized. The optimized design achieves a more reasonable stress distribution, reduced hub quality by more than 15%, and meets the lightweight requirements of racing cars.
