摘  要:文章针对港口牵引车车架纵梁裂纹问题进行综合剖析。首先应用故障树法列举导致纵梁裂纹的可能因素,通过原材料因素、生产过程因素、设计因素和特殊工况等四方面逐一分析筛选,确定引起纵梁裂纹的主要因素,并对原有纵梁结构进行质量改进。In this paper, a comprehensive analysis is made on the rail crack of the frame of the harbour tractor. Firstly, fault tree method is applied to enumerate the possible factors that may lead to the longitudinal beam crack. Through the analysis and screening of four aspects including raw material factors, production process factors, design factors and special working conditions, the main factors causing the longitudinal beam crack are determined, and the quality of the original longitudinal beam structure is improved.
