摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理在乳腺癌围术期患者自我护理能力及并发症中的应用。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年4月乳腺癌手术患者52例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理。比较两组患者自我护理能力及并发症发生情况。结果观察组自我护理技能、自我责任感、自我概念及健康知识水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀应用乳腺癌围术期患者中,可增强患者自我护理能力,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in enhancing self-care ability and reducing complications of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period.Methods To select 52 cases of patients underwent breast cancer surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanistic care.The self-care ability and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The self-care skills,self-responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying humanistic care in patients during perioperative period of breast cancer surgery can enhance the patient's self-care ability and reduce complications,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
