摘  要:在灌浆工程附近进行基坑岩体爆破开挖时,爆破扰动对灌浆帷幕产生一定的影响。以某水电枢纽扩机工程为背景,基于ANSYS-LSDYNA拉压损伤模型建立了动力有限元模型,采用数值模拟方法研究了不同爆破荷载强度,不同岩体强度和不同灌浆材料强度下帷幕的损伤变化,建立了爆破振动峰值速度与灌浆帷幕损伤系数的关系。结果表明:随着爆破荷载增大,灌浆帷幕的损伤范围也会增大,损伤程度加剧,但荷载大小并不会影响损伤系数与帷幕处最大峰值振速的关系。随着岩体强度增加或帷幕处灌浆材料强度增大,帷幕处峰值振速整体降低,帷幕处损伤范围减小,损伤程度减轻,开始出现损伤、临界损伤和完全损伤对应的峰值振速都会增大。Vibration from blasting excavation of rock foundation pit could damage the nearby grouting curtain. To analyse the influence of blasting excavation on grouting curtain, a finite element dynamic model of a hydropower capacity expansion project is established based on the tensile/compression damage model in ANSYS-LS/DYNA software. Variation of the damage of the curtain is studied under conditions of different blasting loads, different rock strengths and different grouting material strengths. The relationship between the peak vibration velocity and the damage coefficient of the grouting curtain is established. The results show that with the increase of the blasting load, the damage extent of the grouting curtain increases. While the load does not affect the relationship between the damage coefficient and the maximum peak vibration velocity of the curtain. As the strength of the rock mass increases or the strength of the grouting material increases, the peak vibration velocity and the damage extent of the curtain reduces generally, and the peak velocities corresponding to the initial damage, critical damage and full damage all increase.
