窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗联合中药熏洗治疗手足慢性湿疹的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗联合中药熏洗治疗手足慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取该院收治的62例手足慢性湿疹患者作为该次研究对象,患者治疗时间为2016年10月—2018年10月,按照随机数字法分组原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采取中医熏洗进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上使用NB-UVB治疗仪进行窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后的症状积分。结果治疗前,两组患者症状积分分别为(9.33±1.36)分、(9.32±1.45)分,相比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.0280,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者症状积分2.88±0.96,显著低于对照组(4.27±1.84)分,相比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.8787,P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗有效率为96.77%,和对照组83.33%相比较明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.026 0,P<0.05)。结论在手足慢性湿疹治疗过程中应用窄谱中波紫外线照射联合中药熏洗治疗方式,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,进一步缩短了患者治疗时间,值得在临床上推广应用,将具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of narrow-band UV-wave irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of chronic eczema in the hands and feet.Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic eczema of the hand and foot were enrolled in this study.The treatment time was from October 2016 to October 2018.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random number grouping.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The patients in the observation group were treated with narrow-band UVB irradiation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared with the symptom scores before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were(9.33±1.36)points and(9.32±1.45)points,respectively.There was no significant difference compared with(t=0.028 0,P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was(2.88±0.96)points,which was significantly lower than the control group of(4.27±1.84)points,there was a significant difference,the data difference was statistically significant(t=3.878 7,P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.026 0,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrow-band UV-irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of chronic eczema in hand and foot can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and further shorten the treatment time of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and will have a high clinical value.
