摘　　要：目的探讨早期梅毒血清固定患者外周血中IL-2,IL-10的表达及意义。方法研究对象均为该院皮肤科门诊根据病史、临床表现和血清学检查综合诊断的梅毒患者。根据患者诊断情况分为A组(23例)、B组(40例)、C组(40例)和D组(40例)。A组:符合一期梅毒诊断标准的门诊患者。B组:符合二期梅毒诊断标准的门诊患者。C组:早期潜伏梅毒同时排除神经梅毒。D组:血清固定同时排除神经梅毒者。正常对照组(40例):同时期来我院进行体检的健康志愿者。观察IL-2、IL-10水平变化情况。结果各组IL-2、IL-10水平对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组最高,分别为(75.91±14.66)、(158.98±12.34)pg/mL,其次为B组,分别为(38.54±10.11)、(180.49±13.66)pg/mL,C组第三,分别为(34.19±8.66)、(194.18±12.95)pg/mL,D组最低,分别为(30.48±7.41)、(199.47±15.37)pg/mL,均高于对照组(P<0.05),分别为(27.25±6.34)、(88.01±9.78)pg/mL。结论早期梅毒血清固定患者外周血中IL-2,IL-10水平有明显变化,临床可根据其水平变化判断患者病情进展情况,辅助临床诊治。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of IL-2 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of patients with early syphilis serum fixation.Methods The subjects were all syphilis patients diagnosed by dermatology clinic in our hospital based on medical history,clinical manifestations and serological examination.According to the diagnosis of patients,they were divided into group A(23 cases),group B(40 cases),group C(40 cases)and group D(40 cases).Group A:Outpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for primary syphilis.Group B:outpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for secondary syphilis.Group C:Early latent syphilis also excluded neurosyphilis.Group D:Serum fixation and exclusion of neurosyphilis.Normal control group(40 cases):healthy volunteers who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time.Observe the changes of IL-2 and IL-10 levels.Results The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in each group were significantly different(P<0.05).The highest in group A were(75.91±14.66),(158.98±12.34)pg/mL,followed by group B of(38.54±10.11),(180.49±13.66)pg/mL,and the third group was group C of(34.19±8.66),(194.18±12.95)pg/mL,respectively,the lowest in group D(30.48±7.41),(199.47±15.37)pg/mL,which were higher than the control group(P<0.05),which were(27.25±6.34)and(88.01±9.78)pg/mL,respectively.Conclusion The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of patients with early syphilis serum fixation have obvious changes.The clinical status of patients with syphilis serum can be judged according to their changes,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment can be assisted.
