摘  要:目的 分析调查男男性行为人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测时间距离分布情况及影响因素。方法 于2017年1月—6月,选择齐齐哈尔市辖区各县(市、区)男男性行为人群作为该研究对象,选择滚雪球抽样法,取得固定场所的知情同意,招募调查对象,开展自填式匿名行为学调查。结果 该次研究共调查400例,调查问卷均合格。全部400例调查对象中,308例近1年内接受过HIV检测,303例接受过HIV检测,对结果比较了解。296例回答上一次检测时间距离,其中86例调查对象的检测时间距离≤3个月,102例调查对象的检测时间距离为4-6个月,71例调查对象的检测时间距离为7-12个月,37例调查对象的检测时间距离>12个月。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,HIV检测时间距离的独立影响因素包括近半年肛交保护性、近1次肛交保护性、近1周肛交次数、寻找性伴场所、接受预防服务、性取向以及年龄。结论 男男性行为人群HIV检查时间距离较短,能及时发现HIV感染者。检测时间距离与性行为、预防服务、人口学特征等因素相关。Objective To investigate the time and distance distribution of HIV (HIV) in men who have sex with men and investigate the influencing factors. Methods From January 2017 to June, the men who have sex with men in each county (city and district) were selected as the subjects of this study. And the snowball sampling method was selected to obtain the informed consent of the fixed places, to recruit the subjects, self-administered anonymous behavior. Results A total of 400 cases were investigated, and all the questionnaires were qualified. Of all 400 cases, 308 had received HIV test in the past 1 years, and 303 received HIV test, and the results were clear. As for the time distance of answering last detection, in 296 cases, 86 cases were detected for less than 3 months, 102 cases were detected for 4-6 months, 71 cases were detected for 7-12 months, 37 cases were detected more than 12 months. The results of multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent factors affecting the time distance of HIV detection included nearly half a year of anal intercourse protection, nearly 1 times of anal intercourse protection, nearly 1 weeks of anal intercourse, finding sexual partners, receiving preventive services, sexual orientation and age. Conclusion Men who have sex with men have shorter HIV interval and can detect HIV infection in time. Detection time distance is related to sexual behavior, preventive services, demographic characteristics and other factors.
