摘 要:为对棕黑锦蛇的人工养殖及深入研究提供参考,采用酶学分析方法研究pH(5.0、5.4、5.8、 6.2 、6.6、7.0、7.4、7.8、8.2、8.6、9.0、9.4、9.8、10.2、10.6)和温度(23℃、26℃、29℃、32℃、35℃、38℃、41℃、44℃、47℃、50℃、53℃、56℃)对棕黑锦蛇消化酶活性的影响。结果表明:棕黑锦蛇食道、胃、小肠、大肠、肝脏、胰脏中淀粉酶活力的最适pH分别是6.6、6.2、6.6、6.6、7.0和5.8,蛋白酶活力的最适pH分别是9.8、6.6、9.0、8.6、5.8和10.2,脂肪酶活力的最适pH分别是6.2、5.4、5.8、6.6、7.4和5.8。棕黑锦蛇食道、胃、小肠、大肠、肝脏、胰脏中淀粉酶活力的最适温度分别是32℃、35℃、35℃、35℃、38℃和29℃;蛋白酶活力的最适温度分别是38℃、41℃、38℃、44℃、47℃和53℃;脂肪酶活力的最适温度分别是38℃、47℃、38℃、35℃、41℃和44℃。在最适pH和温度条件下,棕黑锦蛇消化系统6个组织中淀粉酶活力胰脏>食道>肝脏>胃>小肠>大肠,且差异显著( P<0.05);蛋白酶活力小肠>肝脏>胰脏>食道>胃>大肠,且差异显著(P<0.05);脂肪酶活力胰脏>肝脏>小肠>胃>食道>大肠,且差异显著(P <0.05)。In order to provide references for the artificial breeding and in-depth study of Elaphe schrenckii , enzymatic analysis method was employed to explore the effects of pH(5.0, 5.4, 5.8, 6.2, 6.6 , 7.0, 7.4, 7.8, 8.2, 8.6, 9.0, 9.4, 9.8, 10.2, 10.6) and temperature (23℃, 26℃, 29℃, 32℃, 35℃, 38℃, 41℃, 44℃, 47℃, 50℃, 53℃, 56℃) on digestive enzyme activities of E. schrenckii . Results: The optimum pH values for amylase activity in the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver and pancreas of E. schrenckii were 6.6, 6.2, 6.6, 6.6, 7.0 and 5.8, respectively, for protease activity they were 9.8. 6.6, 9.0, 8.6, 5.8, and 10.2 respectively;and for lipase activity they were 6.2, 5.4, 5.8 , 6.6, 7.4 and 5.8, respectively. The optimal temperature for amylase activity in esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver and pancreas of E. schrenckii were respectively 32℃, 35℃, 35℃, 35℃, 38℃ and 29℃, for protease activity they were 38℃, 41℃, 38℃, 44℃, 47℃ and 53℃, respectively, and for lipase activity they were 38℃, 47℃, 38℃, 35℃, 41℃ and 44℃, respectively. Under optimal pH and temperature conditions, the amylase activity in the six tissues of E. schrenckii digestive system was pancreas>esophagus>liver>stomach>small intestine>large intestine, and the difference was significant ( P <0.05);Protease activity followed the sequence of small intestine>liver > pancreas > esophagus > stomach > large intestine, and the difference was also significant ( P <0.05);Lipase activity was of the sequence of pancreas > liver > small intestine > stomach > esophagus > large intestine, and the difference was significant ( P <0.05) too.
