摘  要:为筛选出适宜辣椒的水培营养液应用于生产,以辛香辣19号为试验材料,采用室内生物测定的方法,比较不同配方营养液间辣椒种子萌发及幼苗生长特性的差异。结果表明:配方1营养液辣椒种子的萌发率、发芽势及活力指数最高,除发芽势外均显著高于对照,不同处理间的发芽指数差异不显著。配方1营养液辣椒幼苗最高,为4.75 mm,显著高于对照、配方2营养液、配方3营养液和配方4营养液;对照辣椒幼苗最矮,仅为配方1营养液苗高的65.15%。配方1营养液辣椒幼苗的单株鲜质量最大,为40.32 mg,显著高于配方2营养液、对照和配方3营养液。配方1营养液最适宜于辣椒的水培种植。In order to select a suitable hydroponic nutrient solution for pepper production, the seed germination and seedling growth characteristics of pepper 19 with the experimental material were compared by laboratory bioassay of capsicum 19.The results showed that the pepper seed germination, germination potential and vigor index in solution 1 were the highest which were significantly higher than those in the control besides the germination potential, and there were no significant differences among the germination index values in all the treatments;The pepper seedling root length in solution 1 was the highest 4.75 mm, and significantly higher than those in the treatments of control, solution 2, solution 3 and solution 4. The seedling of control pepper was the shortest, which was only 65.15% higher than that of formula 1. The pepper seedlings in solution 1 had the highest single plant fresh weight, which was significantly higher than those in the control, solution 2 and solution 3. It could be concluded that solution 1 was proper for the hydroponics cultivation of the pepper.
