摘　　要：国家垄断行业经历多年改革,始终成效不大的重要原因之一是法治的不完善。针对国家垄断行业改革的法治现状,可从立法、执法、司法各环节全方位提出国家垄断行业改革进程中法治完善的有效措施。After years of reform, the state monopoly industry has been ineffective, one of the important reasons is the imperfection of the rule of law.In view of the present situation of the rule of law in the reform of state monopoly industries, effective measures to improve the rule of law in the process of the reform of state monopoly industries can be put forward from all aspects of legislation, law enforcement and justice.
