重症胰腺炎患者实施早期空肠内营养护理的效果

摘　　要：目的分析重症胰腺炎患者实施早期空肠内营养护理的效果。方法选取我院重症胰腺炎患者30例,随机分为2组,各15例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予早期空肠内营养及护理。比较两组治疗后营养状况及住院时间。结果经治疗后,观察组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白等含量较对照组明显较高,而住院时间较对照组明显缩短,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论重症胰腺炎患者实施早期空肠内营养护理的效果显著,即可改善患者营养状况,缩短其住院时间,利于病情恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition nursing for severe Pancreatitis Patients.Methods Thirty Patients with severe Pancreatitis in our hosPital were randomly divided into two grouPs,15 in each grouP.The control grouP was given routine treatment,while the observation grouP was given early enteral nutrition and nursing.The nutritional status and hosPitalization time after treatment were comPared between the two grouPs.Result After treatment,the contents of hemoglobin and serum albumin in the observation grouP were significantly higher than those in the control grouP,while the hosPitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of early enteral nutrition nursing for severe Pancreatitis Patients is remarkable.It can imProve the nutritional status of Patients,shorten their hosPitalization time,and be conducive to the recovery of the disease.It is worth PoPularizing and aPPlying.
