个性化护理干预对心胸外科患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究个性化护理干预对心胸外科患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响,以此为患者临床提供优质护理服务。方法以我院心胸外科2017年5月～2018年10月收治的112例择期手术患者为研究对象,将112例患者按不同护理措施分组,取常规护理的56例患者作为对照组进行研究,再将个性化护理干预措施的56例患者作为观察组进行研究,比较两组护理满意度和及生活质量的影响。结果观察组护理满意度98.21%与对照组80.36%相比,观察组满意度更为理想;观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组,各项目比较、总体评分比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预的应用能有效提高心胸外科患者的护理满意度,还能有效改善患者的生活质量,具有重要应用价值,值得推广应用。Objective to study the effect of individualized nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods 112 patients with elective surgery were selected from May 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital. 112 patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing measures. 56 patients with routine nursing were taken as control group. 56 patients with individualized nursing intervention were used as observation group to compare the effects of nursing satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups. Results the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 98.21%. Compared with the control group (80.36%), the satisfaction degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference in the overall score between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion the application of individualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with cardiothoracic surgery and improve the quality of life of the patients effectively. It has important application value and is worth popularizing.
